At theseboutique.com, we truly hope you love every purchase you make with us. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.

Please review our return policy carefully before submitting a return request.


Return Eligibility

We gladly accept eligible returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, items returned after 14 days of delivery will not qualify for a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Items must be free of:
    • Makeup stains
    • Deodorant marks
    • Perfume or smoke odors
    • Pet hair
    • Stains or damages of any kind

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Final Sale Items

The following items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items discounted by 30% or more
  • Items marked under SALE categories
  • Accessories
  • Leggings
  • Bodysuits
  • Graphic tees
  • Pajamas
  • Makeup products
  • Sweatshirts
  • Swimwear
  • Athletic wear

Additionally, any item marked “FINAL SALE” on the packing slip is not eligible for return.

The following promotional items/events are also FINAL SALE:

  • Flash Sales
  • Doorbusters
  • $20 Tuesday items
  • Wipeout Wednesday items

Unauthorized Final Sale Returns

If a final sale item is returned to us:

  • A 20% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount if the return is exceptionally approved
  • Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, and similar intimate items will not be accepted under any circumstances

After 30 days from delivery, returns will no longer be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
